What does “On Code” mean?

Being “On Code” means an individual, company, or organization is in agreement with principles of “Accountability, Life Coaching, and Respect” as part of a community SOCIAL POLICY aimed at violence reduction and constructive community development.  The approach of “Know The Codes” combines two evidence-based approaches to violence reduction: Violence Reduction via Environmental Design and Violence Reduction through Social Norms Messaging. Being an “On Code” business communicates a commitment to violence reduction, discourages crime, supports the Code of Conduct and “On Code” individuals/organizations, and values Accountability, Life Coaching, and Respect.
